Sjenkie B.V. - Last updated March 2026
These terms apply to the website and services delivered by Sjenkie B.V. (“we”, “us”, “our”) under the Sjenkie’s Workshop brand.
By purchasing a micro tool or other scoped build from us, you agree to these terms in full. If anything is unclear, please contact us before placing a request.
Submitting a contact form or intake request does not by itself create a client relationship, guarantee acceptance of a project, or start work. A project begins only when scope and payment have been agreed.
Sjenkie’s Workshop builds fixed-scope micro tools for repetitive business workflows.
The default delivery format is a custom GPT built inside the OpenAI ChatGPT platform. For more complex workflows, we may build hosted web tools or other scoped solutions where agreed in writing.
Every project starts with a scoping step. Before any work begins, we agree in writing on:
Each fixed-scope micro tool includes:
The following are not included in the starter offer unless explicitly agreed and priced separately:
A fix is a correction to behaviour that was agreed in the original scope.
A change request is anything that adds new logic, changes the output format, expands the range of inputs, or extends the tool beyond what was agreed.
Change requests are treated as new projects or additional scoped work and are priced separately. We will always tell you clearly which category a request falls into before additional work begins.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to share any materials, documents, briefs, resumes, or internal information you submit to us.
Please do not submit regulated, highly sensitive, or confidential information unless it is necessary for the agreed work and you are authorised to share it.
If a project requires additional confidentiality, security, or compliance terms, that may require a separate written agreement and separate pricing.
Full payment is due before work begins. Payment is handled through a Stripe payment link. Available payment methods may include card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other local payment methods supported by Stripe.
Work does not start until payment is confirmed.
Refunds are not available once a build has started. If we determine at scoping that the project is not a fit, no payment is taken.
We deliver most micro tools within one to two weeks of a completed intake and confirmed scope.
Timelines for more complex builds are agreed during scoping. If delivery is delayed, we will notify you and provide a revised timeframe.
Delivered tools are provided as built for the agreed workflow and scope.
We do not warrant that a tool will be error-free under all conditions or that it will produce perfect outputs in every case. AI-generated outputs should always be reviewed by a human before being used in business decisions.
We do not guarantee hiring outcomes, conversion outcomes, time savings, revenue outcomes, or any other business result from use of a delivered tool.
Sjenkie B.V. is not liable for business decisions made using the output of any tool we deliver. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in any case is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.
Once a project is paid in full and delivered, you own the project-specific output delivered to you, including the GPT configuration, prompt logic, and associated materials created specifically for your workflow, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
We retain ownership of our underlying methods, templates, know-how, reusable components, and general working approaches.
Unless you ask us not to, we may describe the type of tool and use case in our portfolio or marketing materials, provided we do not share your proprietary business content.
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest version.
The version in force at the time a project is scoped and paid applies to that project, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved by agreement will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
Sjenkie B.V. is registered in the Netherlands. VAT and registration details are available on request.
